Approximate prices for your idea:

• Low season in range of 190 - 280 € per day.
• Middle season in range of240 - 370 € per day.
• High season in range of 290 - 640 € per day.

Minimum length of stay is 4 days.

Conditions:

• Cleaning fee is 280 €, security deposit 300-700 € based on the number of guests.
• Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
• Rental fee is fully inclusive of departure clean and electricity.
• Deposit to be made via bank transfer or crypto.
• 1st Payment 70% 60 days before check-in via bank transfer or crypto.
• Balance 30% 30 days before check-in via bank transfer or crypto.
• Security deposit returned within 14 days of check out, subject to damage assessment.
