​The oldest guest must be 26 years or over at the time of the holiday.

​All surfaces at the property are cleaned prior to arrival using antibacterial products and all laundry washed at 60 degrees. There is also a supply of antibacterial gel and face masks for your use.

Entrance

Entrance to the villa is through the picturesque garden with tropical fruit trees (banana, lemon and orange), an ideal spot to catch the morning sun during breakfast.

Just off the courtyard is the spacious utility room, complete with sink, washing machine.

The well-equipped kitchen, has a oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink & fridge freezer, and a central pine breakfast table.

There is air conditioning/heating throughout the villa. The huge lounge has a real fireplace, ideal for a snug Christmas.

It has internet television that provides a good range of channels. There is also FREE WiFi and a wealth of games including and a games table with chairs.

There is also a game console station and a selection of games to play.

 

 

The dining place is off the living room and has a dining table with sea views.

There are also two spacious terraces in the villa that allows for a choice of sun or shade and seclusion with seating area, which makes an ideal setting at sunset for a tranquil glass or two of sangria.

Children

All the bedrooms are in the one villa, two in ground floor and two in the first floor. We have also a baby bad.

The villa is surrounded by a solid wall and so there are no exit points to worry about when all gates and doors are closed.

 We always recommend that children are supervised when in the garden and pool area.

 

There are also quite a number of games in the villa for children and adults of all ages.
