Being the owners of Villa Casa el Pino, we want to maintain the trust and confidence of our guests and let you know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading data with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. But just in case you don’t believe us, in this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

 

Types of data we collect

When someone visits us we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, nor allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

 

Third parties

We share passport information and details of your stay with the Spanish authorities to comply with the new Spanish rental law directive, as we now need to register in advance, all guests that are staying at the villa, 16yrs and over.

The contract details are sent to our Spanish representative in order that they are aware of Who our guests are,

• The period they are staying,
• How to get in touch with them
• Any other relevant information they may need to enhance your stay. 

This information is not retained, nor used for any other purpose.

We do not share your payment details with any other third party

We do not share your data with any other third party unless you have requested us to do so. Ie. transportation etc

 

Access to personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Send us request by the form in our web.
